My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for a late arrival, but the room was not clean enough and had a bad smell. The staff, though slow at times, were kind and efficient. The dining experience was more than I could eat, but the facilities need general updating.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The room I got was the worst I've rented from this chain of hotels. There weren't any big towels, and I had to call the front desk as room service was unresponsive. To top it off, the sheets had noticeable stains on them. The service, though, was very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for my appointment but seemed a bit sketchy and in need of updating. The dining experience, however, was more than I could eat with friendly waitstaff. Facilities were okay, and the price was reasonable.

When I arrived at 11:00 PM, the room was very warm and stuffy, and it had a moldy smell with water stains on the wall. Although the room was quiet and comfortable as requested, I had to call the front desk for extra towels since room service was unresponsive. Unfortunately, the next morning, we discovered brown stains on the sheets, which was disappointing.
